We love big sheds at Montrose Properties, the bigger the better. Our ownership group and Executive have lived and done business in most of the world’s major gateway cities with a particular focus on the Pacific Rim. We love global supply chains and building and owning the real estate that supports them.

For our Richmond Industrial Centre project, Omicron has been our design and construction partner from the very start. Their skill, passion, experience and innovation has been a great asset in master planning the park, construction of the common infrastructure and our first few buildings.

The team at Colliers are creative problem solvers and have worked with us for many years and so know our real estate and our needs well. For our construction projects, we have a strategic partnership with MAKE Projects as our Owners Representative. The team at MAKE is there to augment our in-house project management expertise and help the entire team up their game. They have deep tilt-up experience and love big sheds almost as much as we do.

Ken Low, CPA

President and CEO

As President and CEO of Montrose Properties, Ken leads a skilled and dedicated team driving the buildout of the Richmond Industrial Centre, an impactful development set to deliver three million square feet of industrial space to the Lower Mainland. With over 30 years of experience, he has held senior positions at KPMG, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Seaspan Corporation, and, most recently, at a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. In addition to his Bachelor of Commerce from UBC, Ken brings strengths in financial management, strategic growth, and sustainable development to Montrose.

Tony Morgan, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Tony brings nearly 25 years of expertise in financial planning and analysis, capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic planning, with a focus on real estate. A Vancouver native, he has also worked for corporations, institutional investors, and family offices in Toronto and London, England. Leading the financial operations for Montrose, Tony is a CPA, CA, and holds a BA from UBC, along with diplomas in financial management (BCIT) and urban land economics (UBC).

Pavla Quinn, M.Sc, B.Eng.

Director, Construction

Pavla has more than 10 years of experience in construction and project management, specializing in industrial and commercial projects. As a construction manager, she has delivered over three million square feet of industrial space to the local market through various projects. With a BEng in civil and structural engineering from the University of Galway and an MSc in sustainable design from Queen’s University Belfast, Pavla leads the program at Montrose to develop and deliver the Richmond Industrial Centre, which will ultimately encompass over three million square feet.

Greg McPhail, P.Eng.

Director, Projects

Greg has been with Montrose since 2017, supporting our team with nearly 30 years of international and local experience in engineering, project management, and construction management. He began as engineering manager, overseeing the servicing and preparation of closed portions of the Ecowaste landfill for redevelopment into the Richmond Industrial Centre. Today, he leads large-scale infrastructure projects for both the RIC and the landfill, while also heading health, safety, and environmental management programs. Greg earned a BSc in civil engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Diana Gehriger

Asset Manager

Diana brings over 20 years of expertise in asset management, property management, and development to her role at Montrose. She oversees the company’s real estate portfolio, delivering a best-in-class tenant experience while ensuring strong long-term investments.
