We love big sheds at Montrose Properties, the bigger the better. Our ownership group and Executive have lived and done business in most of the world’s major gateway cities with a particular focus on the Pacific Rim. We love global supply chains and building and owning the real estate that supports them.

For our Richmond Industrial Centre project, Omicron has been our design and construction partner from the very start. Their skill, passion, experience and innovation has been a great asset in master planning the park, construction of the common infrastructure and our first few buildings.

For project marketing we have partnered with Colliers International. The team at Colliers are creative problem solvers and have worked with us for many years and so know our real estate and our needs well. For our construction projects, we have a strategic partnership with MAKE Projects as our Owners Representative. The team at MAKE is there to augment our in-house project management expertise and help the entire team up their game. They have deep tilt-up experience and love big sheds almost as much as we do.

Ken Low, CPA

President and CEO
Montrose Industries Ltd.

As President and CEO of Montrose Properties, Ken is guiding a strong team of skilled and dedicated professionals to build out the Richmond Industrial Centre, which will ultimately deliver three million square feet of industrial space to the Lower Mainland. Ken has over 30 years of experience working in senior positions at KPMG, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Seaspan Corporation and, most recently, at a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. With his strengths in financial management and his commitment to strategic and sustainable growth, Ken is overseeing the next stage of Montrose’s evolution within the industry. Ken obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC.

Tony Morgan, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer
Montrose Industries Ltd.

Tony has nearly 25 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, capital markets, corporate finance and strategic planning in across numerous sectors, with a focus on the real estate industry. A Vancouver native, Tony has also worked in Toronto and London, England, for a diverse cross-section of corporations, institutional investors and family offices. He now leads the finance and accounting groups at Montrose and Ecowaste. Tony is a CPA, CA, and he has a BA from UBC, a diploma in financial management from BCIT and a diploma in urban land economics from UBC.

Pavla Quinn, M.Sc, B.Eng.

Director, Construction
Montrose Industries Ltd.

Pavla has over 10 years of experience in construction and project management. Specializing in industrial and commercial construction, she has previously delivered over three million square feet of industrial space to the local market as a construction manager. Pavla is leading Montrose’s program to develop and deliver the Richmond Industrial Centre, which will encompass over three million square feet of industrial space when it is completed. She graduated with a BEng in civil and structural engineering from the University of Galway and holds an MSc in sustainable design from Queens, Belfast.

Greg McPhail, P.Eng.

Director, Projects
Montrose Industries Ltd.

Greg has nearly 30 years of local and international experience in engineering, project management and construction management. He began working at Montrose in 2017 as the engineering manager, responsible for servicing and preparing closed portions of the Ecowaste landfill for the Richmond Industrial Centre. He now leads and manages large infrastructure projects for both the Richmond Industrial Centre and the landfill, along with heading up health, safety and environmental management programs. Greg graduated with a BSc in civil engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Diana Gehriger

Asset Manager
Montrose Industries Ltd.

Drawing upon more than two decades of expertise in asset management, property management and development, Diana brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role at Montrose. She is responsible for overseeing the management of the real estate portfolio to deliver a best-in-class experience for our tenants and to foster robust and enduring investments.
