Ken Low

As President and CEO of Montrose Properties, Ken is guiding a strong team of skilled and dedicated professionals to build out the Richmond Industrial Centre, which will ultimately deliver three million square feet of industrial space to the Lower Mainland. Ken has over 30 years of experience working in senior positions at KPMG, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Seaspan Corporation and, most recently, at a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. With his strengths in financial management and his commitment to strategic and sustainable growth, Ken is overseeing the next stage of Montrose’s evolution within the industry. Ken obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC.
