Greg McPhail

Greg has been with Montrose since 2017, supporting our team with nearly 30 years of international and local experience in engineering, project management, and construction management. He began as engineering manager, overseeing the servicing and preparation of closed portions of the Ecowaste landfill for redevelopment into the Richmond Industrial Centre. Today, he leads large-scale infrastructure projects for both the RIC and the landfill, while also heading health, safety, and environmental management programs. Greg earned a BSc in civil engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
